About Us

Proudly minority woman–owned, our studio is rooted in the belief that strength is a form of self-care.

Our Mission

At Atelier VI Pilates, you are the masterpiece.
Each movement is a thoughtful brushstroke that reminds you that your body is not something to fix. It is art. Already worthy. Already whole.

The heart of Atelier VI is about helping people connect with their true body – not the one shaped by expectations or trends, but their original, natural form. We are here to help you rediscover strength, resilience and presence.

With every session, you’re invited to move with intention, curiosity, and care. To fall a little more in love with the body you were born with, evolving with every practice, every breath, and every moment.

Our Palette

That’s why we created the Palette of VI, six distinct Pilates class styles, each offering its own shade of strength, flow, and release.
Whether you’re sketching the basics, refining lines of power, or adding rhythm and ease to your movement, our classes invite you to explore Pilates in a way that feels personal, expressive, and sustainable.
There’s no right order or perfect form. Just space to move, discover, and shape your own masterpiece.

Our Philosophy

Our Pilates philosophy is simple: movement should feel supportive, intentional, and inclusive.

Atelier VI is built to bring movement, strength, and care to a community built on hard work, resilience, and heart. This is a space that challenges the norm, welcomes everyone, and stays grounded in what’s real.

The Atelier VI Experience

The Atelier VI story began with a desire to create something different, a Pilates studio that felt calm, welcoming, and deeply personal.
As a women-owned business in Garden Grove, Atelier VI was built to feel like a refuge from the noise: a place where movement is intentional, community is genuine, and everybody belongs.
This is Pilates as practice, not pressure, movement as expression, and strength with softness.
