  • I'm new to Pilates, can I join?

    Absolutely. We welcome all levels, and our instructors are here to guide you with modifications so you feel supported from day one. As your first class, we recommend taking Sketch & using our Debut special - $9 drop in rate if it’s your first time at the studio!

  • How do I book a class?

    Classes are booked through our Atelier VI app (powered by MarianaTek), where you can reserve, cancel, and manage memberships. You can also create an account online and sign up for classes.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    Just yourself in comfortable movement wear, water bottle, and grip socks. Grip socks are mandatory for safety. We provide reformers, props, and complimentary cold towels post-class.

  • Can I buy grip socks at the studio?

    Yes, grip socks are available in studio! You have the option to add it on when you book your class as well on the app.

  • What is your waitlist policy?

    When you are on the waitlist, you are automatically added on if someone drops from the class. You will possibly get added overnight so please check your notifications. You can get added up to 1 hour before class starts. If you get added on and can not make it, please contact us and we will assist you to make sure you do not get charged!

  • What is your late cancellation policy & fee?

    Our late cancellation fee is $15, depending on your membership/class pack, your cancellation window will vary.

  • What if I'm late?

    We have a grace period of 10 minutes if you are running late. If you show up after the grace period, we will charge you a late cancellation fee of $15 but you will get to keep your class credit, however you will not be able to attend class due to safety reasons.

  • What is the minimum age to attend class?

    Guests must be 16 years or older to join group classes. Ages 14–15 may participate with a parent/guardian’s consent.

  • Do you offer private events?

    Yes! We offer private bookings for group classes, team-building events, and special occasions. Contact us at hello@ateliervipilates.com for more details.

  • What is your refund policy on merchandise?

    All merchandise sales are final.

  • Can I share my membership?

    No, memberships are not transferrable.

  • When should I arrive for class?

    If it is your first time, please arrive 10 minutes earlier so our team can assist you. If you’re a returning client, please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start.
